Headed down to Hachi for omakase as a birthday treat. Nothing quite like surrendering yourself to anything the chef can whip up, based on the freshest ingredients available. Everything was delightfully fresh and plated so beautifully, what an orchestra of a dinner!
Omakase dinners started at ~$120 and we opted for 2 sets of varying prices. This was the other sashimi course.
The piece de resistance – wagyu beef with caviar, so beautifully red that I almost couldnt bear to eat it but ah such good beef, you could do without the caviar and the dish would have still stood out.
